Startup Options

1. Introduction​

The Bianbu Star image uses GRUB as the default boot manager and supports loading multiple operating systems. Currently supported systems include:

  • Bianbu Star (default system)
  • Bianbu Ocean (based on Buildroot)

Users can select the system to boot during startup. The system will remember the last selected option and automatically boot into it next time.

2. Accessing the Boot Menu​

When the Bianbu logo appears in the center of the screen during startup, press the Esc key to enter the system selection menu.

3. Selecting an Operating System​

In the boot menu, select the system you wish to start.
If no choice is made, the system will boot into Bianbu Star by default.

4. Confirm and Boot​

Press Enter to confirm your selection. The selected system will boot and the system will remember your choice for the next startup.
