Startup Options

Introduction​

The Bianbu Star images use GRUB as the default boot manager and support loading multiple operating systems. Currently supported systems include:

  • Bianbu Star (default system)
  • Bianbu Ocean (based on Buildroot)

Users can select the system to boot during startup. The system will remember the last selected option and automatically boot into it next time.

Boot Menu Access​

When the Bianbu logo appears in the center of the screen during startup, press the Esc key to enter the system selection menu.

Operating System Selection​

In the boot menu, select the system to start.
If no choice is made, the system will boot into Bianbu Star by default.

Confirmation & Boot​

Press the Enter key to confirm the selection. The selected system will boot and the system will remember the choice for the next startup.
